Retaining Wall Design

Once the preferred retaining wall solution has been established, we can arrange the complete structural design package.

This includes:

• Structural design report
• Structural calculations
• Technical specification
• Construction drawing

Design Fee

• £850 + VAT for the first wall height
• £250 + VAT for each additional height variation

From Design to Construction

We can’t build the retaining wall for you, but our support doesn’t have to stop when the design is complete.

We can help you prepare the project for pricing and find competitive contractors in your area to tender for the work.

Construction Support Optional

If you need assistance while the wall is being built, we can provide guidance and technical input during construction.

The cost depends on the retaining wall type and project complexity and can be quoted after the design stage.

Project Management Fee: £550

Our flood defence planning support includes:

• Reviewing your proposed flood defence wall
• Helping establish the required flood wall height
• Helping obtain the ground and soil information required for design
• Determining the appropriate foundation approach from the available ground information
• Preparing a fully priced bill of quantities to establish a construction budget
• Introducing our structural engineer for the wall design
